- Videos play from YouTube in the official YouTube player. Tubik does not host, download or change them.
YouTube Terms of Service
Tubik uses YouTube API Services to show and play videos. By using Tubik you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Tubik is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Privacy
For YouTube content, the Google Privacy Policy applies. How Tubik itself handles data is described in our privacy policy.
A tool for parents
Tubik helps parents decide what their child can watch. The parent chooses the channels and is responsible for supervising how the app is used.
Videos
Videos are played from YouTube in the official YouTube player. They are not hosted, downloaded or modified by Tubik. The channels and their owners are responsible for their content.
No warranty
Tubik is provided "as is", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We cannot guarantee that the app is always available, free of errors, or that every video on an approved channel is suitable for your child.
Liability
Where Swiss law allows, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
