The rules of the road
Effective date: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SubOrbs iOS app (“SubOrbs”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using SubOrbs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SubOrbs helps you track your recurring subscriptions on your iPhone. Core tracking features are free. SubOrbs is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own financial decisions — SubOrbs is an organiser, not financial advice.
SubOrbs offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, SubOrbs Pro, which unlocks unlimited subscriptions and additional features.
You agree not to misuse SubOrbs, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or its backend services (for example, the Snap & Read scanning service), or to use it in violation of any applicable law.
SubOrbs, including its name, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms of Service.
SubOrbs is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any bill-scanning result is accurate; always verify extracted details before saving.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of SubOrbs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and post the updated Terms at this address. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us, your licence to use SubOrbs is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms and the Apple standard EULA conflict, the terms more protective of you apply.
